Coaching Terms & Conditions
These terms outline the working agreement between you (the client) and Positive Progress Coach.
Coaching Relationship
Coaching with Positive Progress Coach is a professional partnership designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and create practical steps toward personal, professional, or business progress.
Coaching is a collaborative process that supports reflection, decision-making, and forward momentum. While coaching can be highly beneficial, results cannot be guaranteed and you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, or medical, legal, or financial advice. Where appropriate, clients are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals in those areas.
Session Communication
Email communication between sessions is welcome if you wish to share progress, ask questions, or clarify something discussed in coaching.

Session Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled directly between you and Positive Progress Coach.
You agree to attend sessions at the agreed time and participate openly and honestly in the coaching process.
If you are late for a session, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens and flexibility is understood. However, to respect scheduled time:
• At least 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may incur the full session fee ($150).
• Failure to attend a scheduled session may also incur the full session fee.
• For coaching programs, a missed session may count as one completed session.
Cancellations can be made via phone, text, or email.
Program Payments
Coaching programs may be paid upfront or via direct debit.
Direct debit payments are managed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.
Payments are typically processed fortnightly and may include a $250 program start-up fee.
Dishonoured payments may incur a $5.50 processing fee.
Program Pause
Longer coaching programs may be paused when needed.
• Programs may be paused for up to 3 months per calendar year
• Pause requests must be submitted in writing via email

Refunds & Fees
Coaching services are based on time and professional expertise.
Refunds are not standard practice, however requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Some program cancellations may incur an administrative fee.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected.
Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
Occasionally, anonymised information may be discussed with other coaching professionals for supervision or professional development. Your identity will never be disclosed.
Ethical Standards
Positive Progress Coach follows the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Ending Coaching
Either you or Positive Progress Coach may end the coaching relationship with 7 days written notice.
If sessions have been prepaid and not yet delivered, the remaining balance may be refunded according to the services already provided.
Refunds are not automatic and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services already provided and individual circumstances.
